Monthly Joint Dual Language Worship Services

The first Sunday of each month, you have the opportunity to celebrate a dual-language

worship service.  Please join this uplifting experience, where we share word and

sacrament.  Using the new Evangelical Lutheran Worship Bilingual worship format, we will continue to modify the service to make this a wonderful experience for all !

There will be a 9am Folk style worship on the first Sunday for those who prefer it.

Congratulations to

Melissa Delgado

On June 20th, 2007 she graduates from Canoga Park High School

with honors.

She has chosen to continue her

education at

Concordia University, Irvine.

Lutheran Social Services

The future is looking bright at Lutheran

Social Services.  The new CEO, Pastor Bob Warren has ‘taken charge’.  He has had many successes with leading struggling organizations, and has now chosen to focus his talents on Lutheran Social Services.

The community has been active as well in assisting.  The Post Office Food Ingathering on May 12th raised awareness, and brought food to the shelves through the efforts of the postal carriers and many volunteers.

Then on the 14th the 23rd Annual Golf

Tournament was a great success.  With close to 125 people in attendance, it was a very enjoyable day and raised funds.
